The delivery services listed above only reflects the amount of delivery time that can be expected once an order is shipped out, and does not take into account any extra processing time that may be accrued before it is shipped out. Selecting "FedEx Standard Overnight" as a shipping method, for example, does not necessarily guarantee an order will arrive the next day. Total delivery time is typically based on two criteria: "processing time" plus the "shipping method" selected.
Express | Expedited Shipping.
Most express shipping methods, such as "FedEx Standard Overnight" are usually guaranteed services by the shipper. Should a package arrive later than stipulated due to the error of the carrier, the customer may be entitled to a refund of some amount regarding shipping cost. The amount of compensation is subject to the policies of the shipper, and will never exceed the total shipping charge. Packages that are delayed due to inclement weather, local catastrophes, and other types predicaments which render delivery service difficult or impossible are regarded as an "act of God", and is not subject to any claim.
FOP Shipping Point
Items purchased becomes the property of the recipient once the package is picked up by one of our shippers, and is subject to the policies of the shipper. The customer bears ownership and risks of damage or loss when the goods are in transit or in transport. Of course, should a problem arise with a package we will assist the customer within our capability.
Some orders may be entitled to "free shipping". Orders shipped for free will be sent via "ground" by any of the two shippers of our choice: FedEx or USPS. Orders that shipped for "free" which are returned back to stock will be credited for the amount of the order, less the actual shipping charges associated with the order.
