With the proliferation of teams in new jersey, and the continuous discussions on getting our daughters in organizations with showcase teams early, at what age should she leave our town travel team? It plays in A tournaments, but has no 18U or showcase teams. Is it better to get her in an organization where she will get known and eventually move up to their 18U team? None close to us but she is first year 14U. Any advice welcome!
