This drill looks helpful. I will have the team try it at practice. Thanks
seems like the drill would teach bad balance. In the example, the girl seems to be frontside when she is hitting. I think the focus should be on using the core but maintaining a good atheletic balance or position.

This drill works really well! We have our girls use a batting tee and hit the ball just by using the body.
