      THIS IS A GREAT VIDEO FOR ALL THE PITCHERS LIKE ME THAT WANT TO MAKE IT FAR! I DONT MIND WATCHIN THE VIDEOS EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO THROW THE RISE BALL ITS GOOD TO LEARN NEW THINGS!!
