The drill is a great way to get the foot control down. I love it!

Great for the ball control aspect. The only thing I would add is that each player must keep their head up. Just like the 3 second rule in basketball any player with their head down for more than three seconds causes a crash.

I played this game when I was younger and I thought it was so much fun. I was always really sad when I lost my ball or couldn't keep it under control.
