Dig and Fly Patterns

In this youth football drill 2008 Heisman Trophy winner Sam Bradford, teaches one of the most exciting and potentially most effective plays on the football field, deep fly patterns, which often lead to touchdowns.
On the other hand, if the defensive back overplays the deep ball, the wide receiver can cut to the middle of the field on a dig pattern that could result in a 10-12 yard gain or more.
