Backpedal, shuffle and break all good tech but need to be tied into reading drop depth & shoulder rotation of the QB. Break to be tied in to reading QB hand release. Good for all positions, LB-S-CB to condition responding to QB key.
Basic drill, but I think it's teaching a wrong tech. The Backpedal is good the break on ball is good. However, I don't believe a shuffle at that point in the drill is realistic. What DB would shuffle across the field when covering a WR?
