Performance Agility Drill

  1. Sprint around arc and then pivot inside.
  2. Sprint to the next cone, hurdle center object, pivot inside.
  3. Sprint back, hurdle object, pivot outside cone.
  4. Sprint to next cone, make a speed cut at cone.
  5. Sprint to next cone finishing the drill.

      this drill becomes even better and more challenging with a few variations. back pedal from cone 1 to 2 - carioca from 2 to 3 - sprint and hurdle object from 3 to 4 - lateral shuffle, go over object from 4 to 3 and throw a ball, finis the drill

      pretty nice for overall agility when doing conditioning thru the off season, or to get kids, adults too, active and better in their sport. not one i would use for o-line specifically, but d-line and other positions for sure.
