The QB-Center Exchange

Because it starts off every play, the exchange is of the utmost importance. This video demonstrates one of the two types of exchanges, coming with the quarterback directly underneath the center. The quarterbacks hands should be are spread, with the non-throwing hand on top, bring it into stomach to adjust the grip.

      Playing center in high school and college. This is the MOST important drill for the center and quarterback at any level. Excellent drill.
