Bungee Block Stacked Station for Tick Tocks

Purpose: To encourage the gymnast to keep her shoulders open during the skill. It is also a great way to introduce the tick tock for shoulder flexion.
Set up: Stack 2 Bungee Blocks top with a Teddy Bear mat if a softer surface is desired.
