Roundoff

A roundoff is very similar to a cartwheel. The only difference is that you land on both feet at the same time. Also, your legs should be extended together before you land.

      almost at the floor. This will help in the snap down. NOT a fall down. You will need this to do a BHS.

      Remember to tumble on your toes not your heels this will keep your tumbling fast and help gain momentum into later skills like tucks and fulls.

      Over all good but we missed a few key points. NEVER land with flat feet and straight knees. This will cause your knees to hyperextend. In most cases this is painful!!

      Also your feet should not come together at the top of the round off but almost
