This exercise is a great way to prepare for a front walkover and front handspring. This skill requires a good deal of shoulder and back flexibility, so be sure to stretch before practicing.

i have been doing this since i was 7
i have to try this
this is soooo hard
I could do this when I first started tumbling. And I was 5!
this basically comes naturally to you, when you do your handstand all you do is lean into almost a front walkover, easier than it looks!

posstive ive been in cheerleading since i was one and im 13 nso try it
It's not as easy as it looks... I always fall on my back... I guess I just have to keep trying!
