Handstand to Bridge

This exercise is a great way to prepare for a front walkover and front handspring. This skill requires a good deal of shoulder and back flexibility, so be sure to stretch before practicing.

      I could do this when I first started tumbling. And I was 5!

      this basically comes naturally to you, when you do your handstand all you do is lean into almost a front walkover, easier than it looks!
