Setup:

This youth basketball drill or game is more like capture the basketball than capture the flag, but place a basketball on each end of the court. Divide the team up into two teams.

Execution:

If either team captures the basketball, they then play out an offense-defense scenario.

The object of the game is to bring the basketball back to your side of the court and score on your own end.

Once the basketball is on your side, opposing players not in "jail" can try to defend the basket.
