This basketball drill is designed to teach your post players the art of the turnaround jump shot. Continually emphasize that your players receive the ball, square up to the basket, and then shoot, using the backboard if possible. Also remember to go after the rebound aggressively. If you want to make this basketball drill more challenging, put a stationary post defender on the ball, this will force the post player to shoot over someone and replicate a game-like situation.
