This basketball drill is fantastic for teaching the fundamentals of on-ball defense and communication. Remember to emphasize that players are communicating effectively by being loud, taking into consideration that in game situations the crowd will be noisy. There are a number of variations to this drill, and major college basketball programs and pro teams still practice it.
