This basketball drill works on live rebounding using ball-man defense positioning. One player will shoot the basketball and the defensive player will find his man, take up the neutral space, slack, and box him in. Don't let your offensive player get in to the basket, and remember to chin the ball when you are getting the rebound so that you are ready to turn and pivot.
