Four Way Dribble Drill
By: Magic Johnson Presents...

In this basketball drill, also known as the spider drill, players jump-stop at each line and perform the dribble while keeping their head up. Try performing the drill with your eyes closed, moving backwards, or racing your teammates. This action would never be used in a game, however spider dribbling is fun and excellent for working on hand-eye coordination.

Here is how you do the spider. Dribble 2 times in the front and the back. Its pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Its true too. I helps for ball handling skills.
this is a good way 4 me to handle the ball easier because im a guard
Playing a game
that move is actualy called the spida.
This really does work I do it all the time
this doesnt show me how 2 do it tho
improves u say i tryed this before but didn't now it will improve dribbling i though it was just an And1 skill i guess i'll do it more often then
I love that drill
one of the best drills i use. i have found that using drills that the kids love the most, you add variations of their favorites which will lead them into doing the ones they don't like, developing complete & confident skills
This is tough at younger ages but really builds a touch and sense for where the ball is. Plus it's a fun skill to show off to friends.
