Throwing from the Outfield

Outfielders need to throw the ball farther. Refrain from throwing the ball from the side. Throw over the top to get more carry and control.

      makes sense because if you throw over your head it will go sraight. but if you throw sideways your cut off will have to chase the ball. keep that in mind.
