I feel pumped!
Great drill we use it in our flat ground drills! Teaches the player to get to the backside on every pitch. Arm slot is really low, seems like he is pushing it to the plate.
A little weak on the throwing arm follow through, but rest looks good.

This is a nice, simple description of the modified slide step, which is very efficient and allows you to transfer your weight quickly and effectively. That's key with runners on base.
