how can i get more flexible in order to do a heel stretch? - amelia dege
keep one leg straight and lunge on the other knee. do 10 reps. on each legs in order to strengthen leg mustles. Doing so will let you have more flexiblity. Also do many splits!!! And don't forget to stretch before trying a heel stretch! hope I helped!
