    Well you might be thinking about it to much.. A lot of my friends think about it to much and then they can't do it.. Make sure you have a pot though

    There are these things you can buy to help you.. I forgot what they are called but its stetchy one side goes on your foot the other on your hand.. Try that look it up

    you can't really think of anything... When you do it alone you are thinking way to much about falling getting hurt landing it... let your mind be free... think about your crush or a chant.. it helps

    Well if you have your backwalkover its fine.. But make sure you stretch first... But if you don't have it then yes a spotters is needed.
