look up "club" teams.
they usually start at 8 years old, and in my opinion, theyre better than school teams because the season is longer.

it seems pretty good since it's sponsored by nike and is overnight.
if you still want to do more volleyball camps, just look up some clubs in pittsburgh like magic, elite, advanced approach, or rennassaince and i'm sure you'll find one :)

ok so i dont know alot about baseball.... but NO ONE should take steroids.... it doesnt matter how old u are....
the ppl tht took them obvioulsy wanted to be the best... but if u want to get stonger.. just train properly :]

well to warm up.. run around 10 laps
then stretch ALOT! like splits and the hard stretches.. haha
