About me – I am a martial arts instructor. Teaching is my passion. I love seeing the way it changes someone shy to an ougoing leader, someone timid self esteem and confidence soar to uncharted heights. Adults who come in stressed and leave exausted and with a smile and also in the long run, are losing weight and gaining confidence. These things are what make my job so rewarding.
