I need help with my backhandspring!

just stretch every day and when ever your sitting in front of the tv or something you can sit in the splits the more you stretch and practice the better you get

i would try out bc when you make the team you will get better and more flexible the more you practice

If you mess up once or twice is it okay for your coach to kick you of the team?
if it was bc of the performance then no every one messes up here and there but if it was bc of behavior then yes
