    Channy Pooh asked:

When your parent or whom ever is yelling at you every single game and pratice what do you do?

    Laura’s answer:

Unless they are your coach, block them out, focus on the game. sometimes i make myself get a song in my head, like a rock song, that gets me pumped. when the adrenaline is rushing and you're focused on the game nothing can stop you!
