is it possible to learn a back handspring in less then a week

    Arthur’s answer:

Well if you really put your mind to it you can(as long as you're in decent shape because you will need strong leg muscles)though you won't be able to perfect it unless you used to know how to do one in the past.

    Lindsay Y. asked:

how can i get my toe touch higer?

    Arthur’s answer:

Practice your toe touches and doing calf lifts(slowly raising and lowering yourself on the tips of your toes) helps a lot.To jump higher you need leg strength so try running frequently and a nice crisp prep also provides more lift
