Although not coaching for a couple of seasons and reasons, I still follow our local group and it is a pleasure to see the difference in the age group where it really counts the most to be coached and not just to be babysitting. Our U-12 and U-11 have improved tremendously. Therefore the transition for a coach in the following age groups is now much easier to concentrate on the purpose rather than emphasising how to control certain gifted players by teaching them team spirit and not boost th · October 20, 2009
