    Soup can get a medium sized one, stand on one foot this helps our balance :D and yes dont forget to lock your knee and stay tight!

    Soup can, Get a middle sized soup can and stand on one foot, this helps with your balance probally the most important thing other than being tight and holding our own weight so the bases dont have all of it :D

    Find picture of the moves if you dont know how they are properly executed, have her look in the mirror and what she looks like and what they should look like
