    2. You can go onto youtube and look up p90x abs. It has the video of the abs and what you have to do. All you need is a rug. There are about 350 abs and 11 different moves in 15 min.

    1. You can youtube the whole p90x ab workout. You dont need any equipment. Just a small space to lay down on. Once you remember all the 11 different crunches then you wont need the ab workout video anymore. It amounts to 350 abs in 15 min. It develops your abs to true ab strength and you wont have to do them everyday.
