    Valante Naranjo asked:

I would like to get my standing back tuck. How do u practice that without somebody helping u?

    Thomas’ answer:

I agree with those answers! My advice is to go a local gym and havea gymnastic professional to help you with your back tuck. Try to find a gym that has a trampoline and tumbling class or a Cheer tumbling class.

    Hannah Fredrickson asked:

What tumbling skills do you kneed to make a good floor routine?

    Thomas’ answer:

Just about any tumbling skill that performed with grace and good form will make a good floor routine. However, this depends on what level you are in, the requirement, or doing a recreational show routine. What are you looking for?
