Practice Barefooted on a smooth ground and also you can use a piece of curved wood that is very smooth to help get the spinning right and body placement.

Do it in stretchy blue jeans, I always seem to be able to do it that way. But BE WARNED It may hurt once you get out of it for a few days if the muscles are not stretched to a point before going into the split

Kat Baldwin answered “I really want to try out for the dance team later this year. Any way to have a great preformance and not become nervous?” She said:
Take a day before Try outs and relax(Have so ME Time as I call it) Then your head will be on board for try outs. Also Practice almost every day it helps with both your muscles to remember all the steps as well as your self.
