    i think it is better because it kinda gives you more power and bounce especially when you are doing layouts and fulls and all the jazz

    I love cheerleading! I love this sport because it is always fun to go to competitions and trying your best. For example who wouldn't want to know how to do a back handspring or a scorpion? I mean it is just fun and awesome!
