    Check with a sports doctor to see what he/she would recommend in regards to braces and strength exercises. Injuries tend to happen when muscles are weak. The sports trainer will know how to correct the problems.

    2. Watch your toes throughout the whole backhip circle. It's going to take a lot of practice to keep your head in. Just don't give up.

    4. if you have a hard time watching your toes, try sticking a bean bag under your chin. If you lose the bean bag, you know you threw your head back

    You have to be able to do everything you said before you attempt to do it. After that, trying it all on a tumble track helps then slowly work your way to the actual floor. It takes a lot of practice. Good luck!

    Try putting your front foot on a raised surface and slide down as far as you can. Hold your arms up and hold the splits for 30 secs. You'll eventually have your splits. Good luck!

    If by base you mean starting point, I would have to say it is the forward and backward roll. If you can't do those two, you are not going to be able to do much else

    really work it on the trampoline. Stretch your middle splits every day and practice just regular jumping, pushing all the way through your toes.
