i am a stud outside line backer on my football team( mphs) how can i get better on man on man inside coverage

    Payton’s answer:

move ur feet, and keep ur outside leg 2 the crotch of the receiver. this will never let him 2 the inside of u,and the qb will have 2 throw the ball ovr u 2 get it 2 the receiver.
