    you want to run zone blitzes with a good disguise kind of like the pittsburgh steelers do keep them guessing on every blitz show different looks at the line of scrimmage bringing up line backers then dropping them when you blitz with safety etc

    the spread or the wing t would probaly work best utilize your teams abilities to there fullest its not always the biggest team who wins but the team who is fundamentally sound remember low man wins everytime teach your kids to get low and be aggressive

    what i do with my kids is during warm ups have them jump rope and we also have alot of drills that we use during practices to increase agility and coordination such as ladder drill 4 corners ,etc
