    If ur talking about EVERY single move it takes a while cuz there is always something new but to learn the basics it will take around a year to learn ALL the basics

    have them practice a toe touch ( splits in the air) pike (two leg stretch in air) herkies ( side splits back leg bent) and hurdlers ( same as herkie except in front...............
