  4. Its a wrap 4 da Yanks gentle people!!!!!!!

Wow, can u believe it? Its been over 15 yrs since the Yanks have made it to the post season n now that streak is OVER. They've been in the playoff since 1993 and have never miss until now. Now that the season is practically over for these guys I wonder what thye'll be doing w/ their off season time. Well, some really need to work on the Baseball career/ game if they really want to be apart of the Yanks next season. Some like Johnny Damon who just became a new father again for the 2nd time, and congrat to Johnny will be home changing diapers n bonding n playing w/ his new daughter, the addition to their family. Also, Matsui will undergo surgery on his left knee and so on, he's been banged up all season so poor Hediki and I hope he's be well equipped and will recover nicely in the off season. Also, he'll have lots of time to spend with his new bride as well, congratulation goes out to him too. Now for the rest of the crew members who will be fighting for a spot on the roster for next season MUST work extra hard in a winter league r indoor working on hitting or just lifting some weights to strengthen their Torso and upper body for poer and resistance. These people includes, Robinson, Bobby,Jason, brett, Alex, Derek, Jose, Posada, Xavier, Wilson, Cody, Melkyand the others (If the make the squad next yr for the season r will be coming up from AAA). I believe all of these people know themselves quiet well and what they r capable of doing within. All have great potential to hit well for power n become future stars but they must find it deep down within them cuz nobody else can search and find it for them. Nonetheless, lets be real as reality does hit home because most of these players will not be here with the Yankees next season. The GM will Brian Cashman is already a gaurantee retrn but who else? May contracts are expiring n will not be extended nor will they be resigned. The owners "The Steinbrueners" will have to take a more deeper n serious look at each player, the pass season that will end in a few days for the Yanks and do the full evaluation and then take it from there. In closing I'd just like to say, I wish each star a great off season and a safe one at that too. All to best to them all and good luck to them on whatever team they'll be playing for. Also, I'd just like to say that it should not matter what team uniform they will put on each seasom, just go out play hard and do ur very best each game. Own the uniform and appreciate the opportunity to play in the big league as many r not granted the chance to do so. So love what u do and play hard day in and out not just sometime r when u feel like it, this goes for Robinson Cano cause u'll be benched again n may even be suspended r traded next time. Play hard every day cuz every game matters n counts towards the end of the season n it will DEFINITELY determine the playoff spots in the postseason n will put the Yanks there next time. Play w/ Zeal n play as if its ur last game. Joe DiMaggio said it best "I thank the good Lord for making me a Yankee." Does all the other players on the team feel like this? Its the question to ask yourselves with in truly. I am bless to be a true Yankee fan for life. Thank you all and have a bless winter. Feel free to send u remarks n comments as u like. Holla!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. Farewell Yankee Stadium as we celebrated 85 yrs of fun n laughter!!!!!!!!!!

Way to close it all out. What a memorable moment to behold, all the greats who have passed through this stadium from 1923-2008. The once who passed away and those who are still around and are celebrating at the stadium w/ us all. I'm so moved by this all, from 1:00P.M. the stadium was open to all who wanted to have a last minute walk n talk to players n people as well. To walk the fieldon the warning track once againn to visit monument park as well for the last time. I'm so excited n proud of them all. I know that they need to win as well tonight in order to still be in the race for a playoff spot since Boston beat Toronto earlier today 3-0. Yes, Derek is in the game but of course its his last hm game at this old Yankee Stadium despite the fact he was clocked on his left rwrist in the 9th inning of yesterday's game which started the rally. Way to go Derek. That was a stunning gift u received earlier before the game started. A real handmade bat and ball made from crystal in Swizerland n all. Can I have a feel of it myself please? (Smiling). Don't worry about the strike out looking just now but get it together soon. I know u guys are still caught up in this unforgettable night as well. From the light bulbs going off, the many people, the theme n how all ur family member were there to support u all. A tough game but still must be played as well. Don't 4get we the fans r still here to support u all. Keep up the hard work.
  6. There only 17 games left, can OUR Yankees do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd like to see a big game this afternoon from this franchise team. I'd like to see the players hitting bombs over the right field fence n running bases. Try to run up the pitch count early on their starting pitcher n keep the hits coming n score a lot of runs to go along w/ this spectacular game that you'll be having ok. I'd like to see at least 2 or morehits from each players n runs being piled up in each inning. Lets end this road trip on a bang and keep it coming as you come back home this weekend. You all can do it Yankees, go Yanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  7. C'MON YANKEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey last night's game was an embarrassing game to watch, I had no fun with it at all. I'd like to see the Yankees make the playoff if possible but last night's game was the worst I've seen the Yankees play and therefore got beaten 14-3. We'd like to see a better series verses the Baltimore Orioles and dominate this weekend series ahead before haeding back home. C'mon Yankees, you're my favorite team and will always be but I'd like you all to play hard, and try to win these games remaining in order to make the playoff. The wildcard is yours as you can see but you guys must fight for it and beat Boston as they are now tie with the Minnesota Twinsfor it. This is your game guys so forget pass games, errors and focus on this upcoming series against the Orioles ahead. Good luck tonight and have a heck of a game but most of all have fun.
  8. Lets talk Olympics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although we are only in day 13 of the olympic events people are already looking forward to the next one in 2012, and then thereafter 2016 and 2020. Its such an exciting event that we are all anxious to see the outcome of each events and who will get the most gold metals at the end of the whole olympic ordeal. So far we now that Michael Phelps is the winning champ for swimming competitions. Lets recap here people. He has won eight straight GOLD METALS n that is unbelievable. He is an awesome swimmer and that is something that no one currently can match. He is the real deal when it comes to swimming and he's only 23 years old and needs some competition next time in the year 2012. Now on to softball where Japan defeated the females softball sqaud beating them 2-1 a few days back. Also, the baseball team was eliminated earlier by cuba and so it goes soar for the U.S.A. teams. Now on some good note for the U.S.A. team, the basketball team is one win away from gold unlike the team they had a few tears back that never made it this far. The men defeated Argentina earlier today and so the advance now to the final. Finally, I must say I left the best for last, but of course what can I say about my fellow Jamaicans who are mashing down the track and field house out there in Beijing huh? I mean I'm LOVING IT AND I'm so proud of them all. Young and upcoming stars ahead and watch out U.S.A. don't come to close to us, cuz u might get burn. I was born in Jamaica but came here at an early age and now I'm a U.S. citizen by naturalization yet I'll always root for my JAMAICAN SQUAD because I'm a true born Jamaican n still a citizen in my heart always. I'll always cheer for this country in all there endeavors. Lets go Jamaican track stars. Go Usian Bolt, Veronica Campbell and the rest of the stars who are building up our country by taking home the gold metals bak to our country and much much more. We're running things when it comes to this event and no one can contest. Gwaan mi Jamiacan possies." We run tings cuz tings no run we." Lets here it for our Jamaican track n field stars. Holla back WEPLAY peps if u hear mi n feeling me. I'm a proud fan of my countries Ja & U.S.A. but especially JA my homeland at large. Hurray 4 Jamaica. Jamaica land we love. Our motto says "OUT OF MANYONE PEOPLE." We are a particluar and peculiar set of people. We come in many shades, sizes and all. We are still Jamaicans no matter what so respect us for who we are because thats where we're from. Jamaica!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. Yankees may have a lil more ounce in their bounce!!!!!!!!

The Yankees can win theses games if they start scoring run and so it fast. They just need a lil hit then a lil more n get the runners across home plate. Easy said than done, u may say but they have the power to do so. They have to just keep holding on n play smart as well. The Yankees are a great hitting team but I just don't know why they're not doing what they do best. Lets get it together Yanks.
  10. New Series, new team 2 play, plus @ HOME.

The Yankees will be playing this weekend series at home where they've done great so far. I think this series will be a wakeup call for them so the must win these three games ahead. I know that its easy said than done but it must happen NOW. Despite injuries and all, the Yankees are still in ths pennant race and therefore must prove so with this series ahead. Go out and spank the H.C. Royals and redeem the courage u all once posed. Lets go Yankees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. How's the injury report coming along? With Derek Jeter from day to day, hope he'll be ready for tonight. Also, Joba Chamberlain next week and Matsui next 2 weeksor there about I believe. We need them all back, as healthy as ever and ready 2 play ball. Yankees' baseball that is.
