what level of college? if you are wanting to play at the highest level at a division 1 college I would say at least consistent at 59.

Ya I mean that player maybe the best and outfield may be the best position for her/him, no one ever said that an infielder has to be the best, in many cases outfielders are the best

Well really not being there with you there is no real way to tell you how to pitch a softball, you need to talk to someone and ask them about the basic tecnique and then just go from there
