    Shaina Palmer asked:

What are some hairstyles to keep my hair from falling into my face when playing softball?

    Casey’s answer:

how about two french braids, if you have long side bangs like i do, you can part it to the side so your bangs can stay in..
that way you can follow the rules by not using hair clips or bobby pins and you dont have to keep fixing a head band..

    Elicia Zecchini asked:

I'm fastpitch softball catcher andi often get pain in my elbow after the first day of a tourney [3 games straight]

    Casey’s answer:

try to warm up better before games...
when warming up take it easy at first... stand a little closer and do wrist snaps, then step back so your the regular distance, and take it easy, then gradually throw harder..
then do the same with long throws...

When catching, with a runner on third, is it best to fake a throw to get them back to the base?

throw it back to the pitcher quick and if she is still off the bag and not going back or going back slowly with her head down and not paying attention, tell the pitcher to nail her

    Guillermo Figueroa asked:

Does anyone know of a formula or equation that compares baseball and softball pitching speeds?

    Casey’s answer:

I'm not sure of the equations, but I have heard that a softball being pitched at 60 MPH from 40 feet is like a baseball being pitched 100 MPH from where ever they pitch from
