what warm up exercises are recommended before playing volleyball
Definetly do a little running to get your heartrate up and your muscles warmed up. Then don't forget to STRECH!!!!!! It is sooo important to strech.

Volleyball because it takes soo much concentration and skill and not just tackleing people. (No offence to footballers out there)

Try building up your leg muscles by running up stairs or doing 10 min of running every night. You'll be suprised how fast your legs will build muscle. But remember to stay hydrated!!!

What is your jersey number and why?
#24 cuz i had it for basketball, volleyball, and track when i didnt get to choose it- so i thought itd be lucky when i did get to choose my number.
