    1. And change....the most efffective is backhand. grip and stride is the same. drop, short stride and stand your self up, same grip and strde. everything is kinda long and hard to explain but if you want ill go into detail on other pitches. just say sometihng

    2. Actually the stride is a little shorter. and, I use circle change, and for me it is more affective than backhand.

what is more important, good coaching or a good team?

    Shayna’s answer:

    Cody Moore asked:

do batting gloves help you hold the bat stiller or do they just help you keep you from getting the bats grip wet

    Shayna’s answer:

They help take away blisters, grip the bat, and not take off skin. Batting gloves help a ton, esspecially if you bat and practice a lot.

    *(;PayDay;)* asked:

    shock obsorbers for yer bat

    Shayna’s answer:

To me it didnt do anything. Most hits don't sting anyways and it goes away fast. Plus shock obsorbers take an inch off your bat, so i say it's best to go without.

    Alex Yurcaba asked:

What's some excersises besides Sit-ups to work out abs?

    Shayna’s answer:

Use a medicine ball with situps, crunches. and a good one is sit down lift your feet in the air take the ball and twist your abs. This helps a lot. And burpies. Those are go down in pushup position have your feet jump to your hands and jump up and repeat.

    Brook asked:

should i keep a good bat

    Shayna’s answer:

Keep it. If it's a good bat then what is the point of getting rid of it? and some times getting new bats mess you up. So keep it.
