how can i make it so i'm not getting frustrated and mad easily when i'm not bowling good?

you can be in state/city tournaments if you join a league.

yeah i would recomend lifting weights, i do at my school and it helps a lot. if you try colorguard or bowling that'll help too. although with bowling (unless you can do it with both hands) only one of your arms is getting stronger.
