    Sara’s answer:

    I think it depends on the child. I have one child that started at four (with flag football) and one who is eight and still not ready. Football is a big commitment for a child so it is important to keep it fun!

    My rule is try every sport once to get an idea if it is something they will like. Also, introduce sports at home and share your love of various games, that way you get time with your child as well as exercise and fun!
