Josie pulled a muscle (L quad) last week in gym- and although we have been trying to have her rest it- she had a substitute teacher today- and re-aggravated it....

It seems worse now than last week--.

So, I'm afraid she is out of commission for awhile- not much we can do but ice and rest...

She will definitely be out for the Tues game - and likely for the thur game.

Thought I'd let you know as soon as we could.

Sorry for the bad news.
