    Paige Holmes asked:

How do you limit your wind up when you throw?

    Rays’ answer:

Watch All-Star, Scott Kazmir, http://tampabay.rays.mlb.com/media/video.jsp?content_id=2950285 . He has a limited delivery to the plate and probably what you're
    look for! ...Good luck, Paige!

    Rich Traversy asked:

what's the best way to defend a steal of second base with runners on first and third?

    Rays’ answer:

Make sure the infielers know who's covering the bag, depending on left or right handed batters and bunt situations! And, practice quick slide step deliveries to the plate. Also, pray it's not Carl Crawford on first!

    Julio Torres asked:

why would a Coach leave a kid in a game pitching

    Rays’ answer:

It's just a game! Try to stay focused on your own skills. In the end, your progession
to the next level will not involve that game or pitcher.
