be stiff.dont be lose.
keep yur hands to yur side.
locking yur legs is important
look straight up and just be REALLY stiff till yu get used to popping straight up and be stiff. -
is 13.4 a quick 100 meter dash time? and how can i improve?
im 14.and i run mine at 12.1 i just started.but work on uper body strength to pull yu up and it helps.

How can i jump higher without using weights?
in practice we had to do bleachers.yu go up and down them.just like if yu was running up and down hills.it helps alot.also jump rope.and tighten yu belly.the bigger the slower.the more mussles yu build the better.yu need uper body streath too(:
