    Matt Krey asked:

What are some good ways to build arm strength for baseball?

    Ryan’s answer:

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE TRAINING BALLS! I suggest long toss and some lite dumbell exercises to build up strength in your shoulder, biceps, and triceps. Also, make sure you stay well conditioned.

    Zack Knox asked:

I need to know how hard a 13 year old throws a baseball

    Ryan’s answer:

Like Mark said; location, movement and speed. You don't have to throw hard to pitch (aka Greg Maddux). Your job is to trick the eye of the batter by changing speeds and location. The pitcher has 7 players behind him, use them especially at that age.

    Brandon Gonzalez asked:

    How do i get faster?

    Ryan’s answer:

Run, Run, Run! Couple suggestions like Barb. You can run up and down a few flights of stairs, run hills, you'll be amazed, but the 200yd dash will help also. Stay flexible and try to build a little muscle.
