Hey Todd. Thanks for the input. I did not think about the potential hazards of gum and seed use. Perhaps it would be a good idea to make a follow up video on proper care and disposal of bubble gum.

Maybe to avoid arguments with the sunflower seeds there should be some rule like in the classroom - if you're going to bring seeds, you have to bring enough for everybody. In the pro baseball dugouts there is always plenty to go around so we never that problem.

Meanwhile, I can definitely understand the choking hazard at that age so maybe it is best to begin early with this type of gum and seed education even if it means they practice it first away from the field since in game use takes away from focus.

And as I recall, I did see a legal notice on my pack of Big League Chew that said "for use by ages 13 and up" so the Legal Department at BLC protected them from these potential issues. :-)
