    it doesnt matter how big you are if you want to be a cheerleader. what really matters is if you are in shape.

    stretch for your life.... lol the most important thing to do is be spirited if you feel a little goofy then your doing it right.

    go into a split and then reach forward and really try to pull towards your toes .

    2. also lay on your back on the ground, practice kicking up your leg and pulling, for a more advanced stretch you can have someone else GENTLY push on your ankle that's up to get more flexibility. You should be stretching BOTH legs to help keep your overall flexibility balanced. Good luck!
