soccer players DO use their hands..the goalie obviously and also every other position player when throwing the ball in bounds. not when the ball is in play though..it's just the rules, don't question it! lol ;)

i wouldn't advise turning left cuz it could easily be assumed you made an attempt to go to second then they can tag you out if you don't get back to first. but turning right or staying straight is fine

What is the best sport to do out of football or soccer to help you in baseball?
if you were a pitcher, i'd imagine that being the quarterback in football would be more beneficial but otherwise i'd say soccer.

it doesn't HAVE to be the foot it's just... a lot easier that way haha

sprint up and down hills. running up them will strengthen your legs and running down them you'll run faster than you're capable on flat ground but your legs will get used to moving faster. plus it's fun :D
